Our Values
At Connection we work where possible with local producers, and our focus is on building strong, lasting relationships.
Our Cooking style is rooted in the French kitchen which we love. We always try to respect the old religion and its practice, whilst looking toward the future with curiosity.
Sometimes we explore the framework for what can be created with exquisite ingredients. It can be smoking the caviar or maturing the poultry - but always with the humbleness and respect that the ingredients deserve.
Whether we stick to the classic or explore the framework of gastronomy, our goals are always the same:
To share the love and joy of food and wine with our guests as if they had visited our own home themselves.

We prepare daily 9 servings of the finest seasonal produce that is available to us.

Tartlet of house made and smoked ricotta with broad beans
Potato blini with ribeye from a retired Danish dairy cow and boqourones
Poached oyster with apple, shiso and champagne beurre blanc
Chicken fat parker house rolls with kefir cultured Jersey cream butter
Dry aged Brill with Corsican grapefruit, thai basil and a limfjord clam dashi
Charred monkfish with white aspargus, iberico ham and kimizu
Trap caught Swedish langoustine with wild Danish watercress and semi dry tomato
Challan quail with green aspargus and fresh peas
Gariguette strawberries with salted milk, sake jelly and nori
Coconut mousse with pink pepper and Yorkshires finest forced rhubarb

We also offer a smaller 5 course menu for 995 which available on saturday lunchtime.
